How do I prepare for a CorePower Live class?
We encourage you to join class early to get set up with your fellow students and check your sound and video are working properly. All that is required for CorePower Live is yourself, a mat, an internet connection and a computer or mobile device. Classes are hosted using Zoom and optional playlists available on Spotify and Apple Music. For Yoga Sculpt classes, weights are optional. We recommend using two devices during class, such as a computer and a mobile phone. That way, you can view class and hear your teacher from one device, while you play music from another.
How should I set up my home space for class?
Find a quiet space with few distractions. Give yourself a couple feet on each side of your mat to move around. If you can, set up your camera so that your entire mat is easy to see. Here are some extra tips to create your home practice space.
Do I need a webcam for class?
A webcam isn’t required but we encourage you to have one, as it will allow you to fully connect with the community. You’ll help motivate your fellow classmates and you might even get a shoutout from your teacher!
Can I play my own music during class?
Yes. No music will be played during class. This is your time, so you’re welcome to choose your own playlist instead! Your teacher will share a suggested Spotify and Apple Music playlist in the Zoom chat function before class starts.
You can also follow us on both Spotify and Apple Music.
How can I stop my Spotify Playlist from playing out of sequence?
Make sure you’re not in shuffle mode. To fix this, select the first song on the playlist, click the bar at the bottom of the app (where it shows what song is playing) and toggle the icon from shuffle to sequential.

What is CorePower Live? And what types of classes are offered?
With CorePower Live classes, we can all flow together - even when apart. We’re streaming yoga and sculpt classes live, straight to your home, seven days a week! You will move, sweat and breathe together with your yoga community in real time, led by experienced CorePower teachers from across the country.
And we offer the classes you’re used to in the studio --and then some!
CorePower Yoga 1
Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. Our C1 class is set to inspiring tunes, and is a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace. This class is beginner-friendly.
CorePower Yoga 2 (offered in 30 and 60 min. durations)
Turn stress into sweat. This signature class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connected breath. Set to an energizing playlist, you’ll power up your yoga practice like never before. Yoga experience is a plus, but not required.
Yoga Sculpt (offered in 30 and 60 min. durations)
When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with CorePower Yoga 2 sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Yoga experience is a plus, but not required.
Hot Power Fusion
A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility, Hot Power Fusion combines the meditative, detoxifying qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of power yoga to help you deepen your yoga practice. Set to motivating music, you’ll focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body. This class is beginner-friendly.
C2: Wind Down
C2: Wind Down is a gentle flow with some restorative poses to unwind at the end of the day. This class is wonderful for calming your mind and preparing your body for deep rest. You’ll focus on looking inward to slow down and tune into your body and breath.
CoreRestore
Reboot and rebuild with a series of holding postures that focus on stretching and breathing. CoreRestore is designed to alleviate soreness, work the connective tissues in your body and give your mind a well-deserved moment of reflection. This class is beginner-friendly.
CorePower Yoga Foundations
This class is designed as an introduction to the CorePower Yoga practice. CorePower Yoga Foundations is a slower pace and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. We’ll break down the foundational postures of a vinyasa class and allow time at the end of class for Q&A. This class is beginner-friendly.
