What Happens When You Say Yes to Yourself

For many who walk through our studio doors, CorePower Yoga is a way to move, to sweat, and to breathe. But somewhere along the journey, something shifts. The mat becomes more than just a place to work out. It becomes a place to work “IN”. To connect more deeply with your body, your voice, and your purpose.

This is why we created Teacher Training.

At CorePower Yoga, Teacher Training isn’t just about learning how to teach a class. It’s about transformation. From the very first day, you’re not sitting back and taking notes. You’re standing up, practicing your voice, cueing movement, and learning through doing. It’s immersive. It’s challenging. And it’s designed to get you teaching with confidence and clarity by the end of your 200 hours.

What makes this experience so powerful isn’t just the physical practice—it’s the depth we go beneath the surface. You’ll explore the science of the body through anatomy and biomechanics, uncovering how each pose works and why alignment matters. This knowledge doesn’t just make you a safer teacher; it makes you a more informed and intuitive one.

Most importantly, you’ll uncover your authentic voice. No two teachers are the same, and we believe the world needs your story, your energy, your way of leading. You’ll be encouraged to teach from that place. One that’s real, raw, and fully you.

And somewhere along the way, you realize you’re not just learning how to teach yoga—you’re learning how to lead your life with more power, intention, and presence.

If You're Considering Teacher Training

If you’re wondering whether this is the right time, or the right program, start by asking yourself: What do I really want out of this experience?

At CorePower, we blend practical teaching tools with deep personal exploration. You’ll grow as a student, a teacher, and a human being. If you're craving a program that helps you feel prepared to teach and more connected to yourself, this may be exactly what you’ve been searching for.

Some programs focus primarily on the philosophy of yoga. Others dive into teaching techniques but skip deeper internal work. Ours does both - grounded in a modern, real-world approach that meets you where you are.

Only you can know when you're ready. But if you’ve felt even a flicker of curiosity, listen to it. That may be your sign.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I Ready?

You might be asking yourself, “Do I have enough experience?” or “Am I really ready to teach?” Here’s the truth: you don’t have to be. Just like yoga itself, teacher training is a practice and it’s the training that gets you ready. You show up as you are, and through hands-on experience, supportive guidance, and deep self-work, you grow into the teacher you never knew was already inside you.

Why Now?

There’s not a “perfect” time to take a leap like this. Life is full. Schedules are full. But the growth, clarity, and empowerment that come from this journey are always worth it. This training is about learning to trust your voice, embrace your power, and step into the most authentic version of yourself.

What if I don’t want to teach?

Not everyone comes to Teacher Training to become a yoga teacher. Many students enroll simply to deepen their personal practice, understand the roots of yoga, and reconnect with themselves. The transformation that unfolds often goes far beyond the mat.

What makes CorePower’s Teacher Training different?

Our training is built around real-world teaching from the very beginning. You’ll practice leading from day one.
