Posture Breakdown: Morning Yoga
We’ve all been there. It’s 5:15am, dark outside and your bed is hugging you in tightly. Suddenly you hear that dreaded bark, ring, chirp, bell or song stirring you from a soft, cozy slumber. You know that once you unroll your mat in that 6:00am class you’ll feel better about leaving your bed’s embrace, but until then, all you can think about is pressing snooze.
