Superfood Bars

Hemp Seed Superfood Bars
Ingredients
3 ½ cups gluten-free oats
½ cup hemp seeds
½ cup chia seeds
½ cup chopped, crystalized ginger
¼ cup flaxseeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
¾ cups almonds
¼ cup raw honey
½ cup applesauce
¾ cups almond butter
½ cup coconut oil
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup cacao nibs
Instructions
Grind flaxseeds into a powder in a coffee grinder.
Place almonds in a food processor and grind into small pieces.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients together.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Transfer the mixture into an 8 x 8 baking dish, and distribute evenly.
Put in the refrigerator until the mixture is firm.
Cut into even sized bars.
Keep the bars refrigerated to maintain their shape.
