Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon minced parsley
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to boil.
Cut stalks of corn in half, and place in boiling water for five minutes.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and saute garlic until golden. Add parsley and honey, then reduce heat to low.
Remove corn from boiling water and brush with butter mixture.
Grill or roast corn at 275 degrees, turning frequently until the desired color is achieved.
