Treat Yourself: Post Yoga Soak

A lot of us spend so much energy and attention on others, that we sometimes forget to take a moment for ourselves. The more we take care of ourselves, the more we have to give. This month, we're focusing on practicing self-love - and one of our favorite ways to do that is with a relaxing hot bath after a great yoga-sesh.

Soothing Lavender Milk Bath

Try the bath recipe below. The milk will hydrate your skin, while the lavender oil helps ease your mind! 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered milk

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 

  • 10 drops lavender essential oil

Instructions

  1. Mix oils and milk together.

  2. Add wet and dry ingredients slowly to the running water.

  3. Soak for as long as you need and let your body and mind absorb the benefits!
