Now that many of us are more familiar with practicing yoga at home, there are a few small steps you can take to make your space feel a little more like the studio. Try a few of these tips to instill the same sense of peace, support and grounding as being at your favorite CorePower Yoga studio.
Find a Quiet Spot
Even if you don’t plan on doing a long flow, you shouldn’t have to worry about being interrupted. Close the door of your bedroom or home office, set up in the corner of your basement or even head out to your backyard. Maybe you silence your cell phone or place it in another room to minimize distractions even further. Just be sure that you can truly focus and relax!
Add Your Favorite Scent
Fill your practice space with a calming scent. Get an oil diffuser or add your favorite essential oil to water in a small spray bottle. Spray around you and your mat and take a deep breath. Instant tranquility!
Play Some Tunes
