NARROW ROW
Start from a Crescent Lunge
Exhale and pin your arms to your ribs
Hinge your torso forward, reach forward
Pull your elbows back
WIDE ROW
Start from a Crescent Lunge
Exhale and pin your arms to your ribs
Reach your arms forward and down
Squeeze your elbows back
HALFWAY LIFT
Press your hands into your shins
Maintain a straight back
Lift your chest away from your thighs
Lengthen your spine
WARRIOR 2 WITH WEIGHTS
Spin your back heel down
Point your front foot forward and stack your knee over your ankle
Square your shoulders and stack them over your hips
Reach your arms in opposite directions
Maintain a micro-bend in your elbows
