If you've been to a Yoga Sculpt class lately, you know that there are plenty of poses to strengthen and tone your arms and chest. Here are a few postures that will have you feeling strong in no time!
HORSE CAFETERIA TRAYS
Start from Horse Pose
Inhale and pin your elbows into your ribs
Exhale and extend your arms out in front of you
SIDE LATERAL RAISE
Start from Warrior II
Inhale and draw weights into the midline
Exhale and lift your arms
WIDE ARM PUSHUPS WITH BLOCK
Start from High Plank
Inhale and lower your chest toward your mat
Exhale and press your chest away from your mat, straightening your arms
SUPINE CHEST PRESS
Start by laying on your back
Place your feet hip distance apart
Press your feet into the floor
Inhale and bend your elbows 90 degrees
Exhale and press the weights directly above your shoulders
