Soreness Relief
Most of the time, being a little sore is the sign of a good yoga-sesh. It means your body is pushing its limits to grow stronger. That said, it’s equally important to rest and let your body recuperate.
We asked our CPY team of managers and instructors how they relieve sore muscles. Check out their tips and tricks below!
“HPF (Hot Power Fusion class), without a doubt, is the BEST cure for soreness. And if you’re REALLY needing some relief, I suggest bringing China Gel (or any favorite topical soreness-relief product) into the room & going to town ALL over the shoulders during the spine strengthening series. Take modifications and let the heat melt you away.”
