Our studios offer different class formats, so whatever your fitness goals are, you can customize your schedule. Challenge months are also a great time to try new classes and teachers that work your body in new ways. Whether you choose 10, 20 or 30 classes – you’ll be feelin it!
Increase Mindfulness
Taking extra time on your mat this month could be just what you need to work on being present, plus build focus and confidence in your everyday life. Studies have shown that practicing yoga can help keep anxiety and depression in check. When you’re practicing consistently, notice the difference in how you feel.
Connect to Community
We’ve all got your back – this supportive community will be cheering you on all the way to 10, 20 or 30 classes. Use the buddy system – plan to take class with a friend to hold each other accountable and make it more fun. Or who knows – if you’re in the studio more often, you might meet a new friend to flow with. And don’t forget to connect with your teachers. Consistently hit your fave teacher’s class to build on what you’re learning from them.
