10 words or less on why I love yoga: Yoga keeps me connected to my truest nature, joy.

When life happens and you can't get to your mat, what helps you find steadiness? Deep breaths and repetition of a mantra helps to keep me calm and steady, and if all else fails, legs-up-the-wall pose is usually a cure for any stress or uncertainty.

My advice to beginner yogis: To practice yoga, the only flexibility needed is of your mind.

10 words or less on why I love yoga: Yoga allows me a loving extroversion of deep connection.

How my practice makes me stronger: My practice is like training wheels for my best self.

My advice to beginner yogis: Keep coming back! The practice changes you and all it requires is your presence and sincere effort.

What I have gained through my practice: Mental strength, clarity, peace and compassion, acceptance, more love, and self-love.

My advice to beginner yogis: Be patient, breathe, it will soon all make sense.
