Wear more and carry less. Choose the pieces you will practice in as your base and layer on from there. Streetwear can be bulky and it can wrinkle - the less you have to stuff in a bag on the go, the better.
Choose light and flowy styles that drape easily over your workout pieces – try a loose-fitting tank, tee or open front cardigan. Don’t forget to accessorize – jewelry, a scarf or a change of shoes can elevate your look with minimal effort.
Find a sports bra that is simple and comfortable to fit smoothly beneath other pieces. If you’re feeling adventurous, try a cutout or print that adds interest when peeking out from underneath.
Mix and match your street styles with technical pieces that aren’t too sporty – try a y-back, racerback or scoop tank with stretchy, sweat-wicking fabric.
Make it your own! Choose colors, patterns and textures that speak to you. Don’t be afraid to mix prints or take a more subtle approach with a colored headband or hair tie.
