CorePower Yoga JKL Teen Program Terms & Conditions  

CorePower Yoga JKL Teen Program Terms & Conditions (Updated as of April 14, 2025)  

The CorePower Yoga JKL Teen Program (the “JKL Teen Program”) is a program of CorePower Yoga, LLC and the just keep livin Foundation (“JKL”).  The JKL Teen Program allows children ages sixteen (16) to nineteen (19) who are enrolled in and attending a JKL Partner School (a “Teen Participant”) and with consent of the Teen Participant’s Parent/Legal Guardian, the opportunity to participate with a JKL faculty member, in eligible CorePower Yoga classes at participating CorePower Yoga studios. The JKL Teen Program and all activities related to the JKL Teen Program are subject to these CorePower Yoga JKL Teen Program Terms & Conditions (these “Program Terms & Conditions), and the CorePower Yoga Student Terms & Conditions (the “Student Terms & Conditions”).  By participating in the JKL Teen Program, you agree to these Program Terms & Conditions (including as such are updated or modified from time to time).  If you do not agree to these Program Terms and Conditions, you are not eligible for and should not participate in the JKL Teen Program.   

Eligibility; Required Registration and Agreements  

In order to be eligible to participate in the JKL Teen Program:  

(1) a Teen Participant must have a CorePower Yoga account; if a Teen Participant does not have a pre-existing account, a Parent/Guardian must create an individual CorePower Yoga account for their Teen Participant; and  

(2) JKL will provide eligible Teen Participants an email regarding the JKL Teen Program (a "Program Invitation"); distribution to be as determined by JKL in its sole discretion. A Program Invitation will provide instructions to and links for a Parent/Legal Guardian and their Teen Participant for registration in the JKL Teen Program, including by completing, electronically signing and submitting a Participation Agreement and Program Terms & Conditions as provided by CorePower Yoga. A Parent/Guardian and their Teen Participant must register for the JKL Teen Program through JKL, sign the Participation Agreement and make a reservation for the JKL Teen Program.  A JKL Participation Agreement contains agreements, consents, releases and waivers required by CorePower Yoga from the Parent/Guardian and their Teen Participant for JKL Teen Program participation, including acknowledgement and agreement to these Program Terms & Conditions, and CorePower Yoga updated terms and conditions, including the  CorePower Yoga Terms of Use and the CorePower Yoga Student Terms and Conditions.  

 General Program Information  

The JKL Teen Program participation period begins February 1, 2024 and ends on December 31, 2025 (the “JKL Teen Program Period”), subject to modification, extension or termination by CorePower Yoga.  In the JKL Teen Program, an eligible Teen Participant will practice along with a designated JKL faculty member at a participating CorePower Yoga studio in eligible CorePower Yoga in-studio classes at no cost to the Teen Participant for the class itself (additional studio charges may apply for non-included items (e.g., water)) during the JKL Teen Program Period.  Classes are subject to availability and must be reserved and used as described herein.  JKL Teen Program participation is non-transferrable, has no monetary value, and is not redeemable for cash, credit or any substitute.  JKL Teen Program participation cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or promotion, or applied to a prior purchase. Classes are subject to restrictions (including restrictions specific for Teen Participants), which may vary from time, including, without limitation, restrictions on use based on the type of class or location/studio at which a class occurs, and the age of the Teen Participant.  For clarity, a Teen Participant may not practice alone and must practice with the designated JKL faculty member.  

Termination of JKL Teen Program Participation  

In addition to the other termination circumstances described in these Program Terms & Conditions, a Teen Participant’s JKL Teen Program participation will be automatically terminated, without further notice to the Parent/Guardian or Teen Participant,  if (a) CorePower Yoga terminates or takes any adverse action with respect to a Teen Participant’s membership (if applicable) or account, or (b) CorePower Yoga, in its sole discretion, terminates the JKL Teen Program.    

 These Program Terms & Conditions May Change  

We may change these Program Terms & Conditions; change, add, or eliminate eligible membership or Teen Participant categories, JKL Teen Program benefits, or participating locations; or change or end the JKL Teen Program or any feature of the JKL Teen Program; in whole or in part, at any time, and without notice or compensation, even though such actions may affect benefits in the JKL Teen Program or a Teen Participant’s participation in the JKL Teen Program.  

CorePower Yoga reserves the right to modify or add to these Program Terms & Conditions at any time, effective as of the posting of the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions or a later date as may be specified in the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions.  Parents/Guardians and Teen Participants agree that we may notify them of the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions by making them available at www.corepoweryoga.com and that participation in the JKL Teen Program after the effective date of the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions (or engaging in such other conduct as we may reasonably specify) constitutes agreement to the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions.  We therefore encourage Parents/Guardians and Teen Participants to review these Program Terms & Conditions every time an individual participates in the JKL Teen Program. We may also provide notice of any update to these Program Terms & Conditions in other ways in our discretion, such as through contact information provided by a CorePower Yoga account holder, all in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.   

 Compliance with CorePower Yoga Rules and Directions  

By participating in the JKL Teen Program, the Teen Participant agrees to observe all rules and directions of CorePower Yoga and the locations (in-person, online or otherwise) at which any activities take place. We reserve the right to take any action that we deem appropriate in the exercise of our discretion, including but not limited to suspension or termination of privilege to participate in such activities, for violation of CorePower rules and directions.  

 Interpretation  

CorePower Yoga reserves the right to interpret and apply these Program Terms & Conditions.  All determinations by CorePower Yoga shall be final and conclusive in each case.  Our failure to enforce any term of these Program Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Program Terms & Conditions.

A winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Winners will be notified by email. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within the timeframe referenced in Section 6, or if the potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from among the eligible non-winning entries received by Sponsor. 6.  PRIZE(S). 

a.  General. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, one (1) winner will be selected to receive (A) a one-year All Access Membership to participating CorePower Yoga studios and (B) a $500 Oura Ring gift card (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $3,108.00. Third party gift card terms and conditions apply.  

b.  Prize Conditions. The Prize is nontransferable, nonassignable, nonnegotiable, and not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or for which Sponsor shall be liable, including, without limitation, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No Prize substitutions, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right (but has no obligation) to substitute a Prize (or a component thereof) with another Prize of equal or greater value (including cash) if a Prize (or a component thereof) is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Unused components of a Prize shall be forfeited and have no redeemable cash value. 7.  PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s (and its designees’, successors’ and assigns’) use of entrant’s name, biography, likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, statements, hometown, state and country for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online), worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration, notice, review or consent. 

8.  GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including if, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties or failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. 10.  LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. 1. ELIGIBILITY. The February 2026 Live Your Power Challenge Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to participants who, as of the registration date, are permanent legal residents of the United States of America (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old. The Sweepstakes is void outside the eligible territory; and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of CorePower Yoga, LLC (“Sponsor”) and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not eligible to participate.

2. TIMING. The Sweepstakes begins on February 1, 2026 and ends on March 3, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). You may enter this Sweepstakes via either the in-store, online or mail-in entry methods described below. Regardless of entry method you may enter only once. All entries must be received by 11:59p.m. MST on March 3, 2026, whether submitted online, deposited at a participating studio or mailed. Proof of depositing entry in mail is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Illegible, incomplete and duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted from post office boxes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE. During the Sweepstakes Period you may enter the Sweepstakes as follows:

a. Take the Challenge and Register Online: Register at CorePowerYoga.com/challenge by providing your name (first and last), email and home studio, and challenge goal. You can track your progress via the studio leaderboards and within your “stats” monthly view on the account dashboard of the CorePower Yoga app. Take as many classes as you want in the month of February toward your Challenge goal. Classes taken at any participating studio will count towards your Challenge goal. Regardless of how many classes you take, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes only once. Everyone who participates is entered in the Sweepstakes. Participants who do not live near a CorePower Yoga studio may choose to participate in the Challenge by participating in CorePower Yoga Live classes. You may be required to provide some or all of the additional following information when you register: home address, age, and general information about your knowledge of Sponsor’s programming and services. By entering you consent to receive information about Sponsor’s programming and services. Only one (1) registration per person and email address is permitted in the Sweepstakes. Online entrant must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. Entries made by any individual or any entity other than the named entrant and/or originating at any other website, including (but not limited to) commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites are void.

b. Mail-In Entry Method: TO ENTER BY MAIL (ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY – DOES NOT REQUIRE ATTENDING SPONSOR CLASSES): You may also enter the Sweepstakes during the Challenge Period by hand printing your full name, complete home address, home studio, day and evening phone numbers, email address (required for prize notification, if any) and age on a 3 x 5 inch piece of paper and sending it by United States mail in a sealed envelope no larger than 9 1/2" x 4 1/4" (a #10 envelope) with correct postage to “February 2026 Challenge Sweepstakes - Entry,” c/o CorePower Yoga, LLC, 3001 Brighton Blvd., Suite 269, Denver, CO 80216. All mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries allowed. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. By entering you consent to receive information about Sponsor’s programming and services

c. For All Entries: One (1) entry per person (regardless of method of entry) or email address in the Sweepstakes. Everyone who enters regardless of method of entry is entered into their local prize drawing. All entries, regardless of method of entry, must be received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of mailing or participation will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. All entrants and entries are subject to verification prior to the awarding of a prize, as are the eligibility, age and other claims of/information provided by a potential prize winner. Entrants will cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives in connection with any and all verification activities.

4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES AND DECISIONS. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and the winners, and the awarding of the prizes), which are final and binding in all respects.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the following prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is set forth below.

a. One Grand Prize: Everyone who enters the Sweepstakes is eligible to win the grand prize which consists of, and is limited to, a one-year CorePower Yoga All Access membership ($2,748), a $200 CorePower Yoga gift card ($200), and a Full Body Red Light Mat from HigherDOSE ($1,399). Grand prize is subject to substitution in Sponsor’s sole discretion for any item of equal or greater value. One grand prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The ARV of the grand prize components is set forth following each component and the total ARV is $4,347 Grand prize ARV is based on retail value as of February 1, 2026. Actual value will be based on prize awarded and any difference in value as of the prize delivery date will not be awarded in cash or other consideration. The selected entrant is required to claim the prize within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact them.

b. Local Prizes: 111 Local prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Local Prizes are broken down into three tiers - 30 Classes Tier, 20 Classes Tier, 10 Classes Tier. Local Prizes for the 30 Classes Tier, consist of and are limited to, a gift from HigherDOSE ($74). Local Prizes for the 20 Classes Tier, consist of and are limited to a gift from HigherDOSE ($74). Local Prizes for the 10 Classes Tier, consist of and are limited to a gift from HigherDOSE ($39). Local Prize is subject to substitution in Sponsor’s sole discretion for any item of equal or greater value. The ARV of the local prize components is set forth following each component and the total ARV for the 30 Classes Tier is $74, $74 for the 20 Classes Tier and $39 for the 10 Classes Tier. Local prize ARV is based on retail value as of February 1, 2026. Actual value will be based on prize awarded and any difference in value as of the prize delivery date will not be awarded in cash or other consideration. The selected entrant is required to claim the prize within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact them.

e. Prize Conditions. A prize is nontransferable, non-assignable, nonnegotiable, and not redeemable for cash or credit. A prize must be accepted as awarded. A prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or for which Sponsor shall be liable, including, without limitation, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No prize substitutions, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right (but has no obligation) to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) with another prize of equal or greater value (including cash) if a prize (or a component thereof) is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Unused components of a prize shall be forfeited and have no redeemable cash value. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, assessments and expenses associated with prize award, redemption, receipt and use, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes on a prize. If applicable, winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the actual retail value of a prize. Winners waive the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to collect or redeem a prize. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing and any other condition of this Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize, in which case, no consideration will be awarded. Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release within fifteen (15) days of issuance. Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the selected winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of any prize for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS; NOTIFICATION: A total of one grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. A random drawing will be held for each of the 36 Local Prizes from the eligible entries received relating to each market. Prize drawings will be held on or about April1, 2026, by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. No prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Only one winner per household is permitted. The winner will be notified by email on or about April 1, 2026. Odds of winning a Local Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in each market. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on total entries in the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are equal regardless of method of entry. Sponsor may alter the above timing to meet its schedule. Winner must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the registration is made. In the event of a dispute as to registrations submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account (as specified by the Internet service provider) used to register for the Sweepstakes will receive the prize.

7. CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of the Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website. 8. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, registration in the Sweepstakes constitutes participant’s consent to Sponsor’s (and its designees’, successors’ and assigns’) use of entrants name, biography, likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, statements, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online), worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration, notice, review or consent.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including if, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties or failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right (but does not have the obligation), in its sole discretion, to issue proceed with eligible, non-suspect registrations received up to the time of suspected impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the registration process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Official Rules.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. By registering, each participant forever and irrevocably releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents from and against all claims, damages or liabilities arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Challenge and/or receipt or use of any prize awarded in the Sweepstakes.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate registration information, or registrations received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the registration process of the Sweepstakes; (e) typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of registrations; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to participant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from Sponsor’s website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor’s websites by a hypertext link.

12. DISPUTES. Participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in federal or state courts located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado; participant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Colorado for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Colorado, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Colorado.

13. DATA COLLECTION. Participants provide personal information to Sponsor when they register for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor collects this information and uses it to administer this Sweepstakes, and for other marketing purposes. CorePower Yoga Teen Pass Program Terms & Conditions

The CorePower Yoga Teen Pass Program (the “Program”) is a program of CorePower Yoga, LLC. The Program allows teenaged children ages sixteen (16) to nineteen (19) of eligible CorePower Yoga members (a “Teen Participant”) the opportunity to participate with their member parent/legal guardian in eligible CorePower Yoga classes at participating CorePower Yoga studios. The Program and all activities related to the Program are subject to these CorePower Yoga Teen Pass Program Terms & Conditions (these “Program Terms & Conditions), and the CorePower Yoga Student Terms & Conditions (the “Student Terms & Conditions”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Program Terms & Conditions (including as such are updated or modified from time to time). If you do not agree to these Program Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the Program.

Eligibility; Required Registration and Agreements

The Program is open only to Teen Participants whose parent/legal guardian is a CorePower Yoga member in the Discounted First Month All Access Program, All Access Program, Founding All Access Program or Studio Pass Unlimited Program (an “Adult Member”), whose membership is in good standing, and not subject to any freeze or cancellation by the Adult Member, or any suspension, termination, or other action by CorePower Yoga.

In order to be eligible to participate in the Program:

• a Teen Participant must have a CorePower Yoga account; if a Teen Participant does not have a pre-existing account, an Adult Member must create an individual CorePower Yoga account for their Teen Participant; and

• an Adult Member and their Teen Participant must register for the Program. CorePower Yoga will provide Adult Members an email regarding the Program (a “Program Invitation”); distribution to be as determined by CorePower Yoga in its discretion. Eligible Adult Members may request a Program Invitation. A Program Invitation will provide instructions and links to an Adult Member and their Teen Participant for registration in the Program, including by completing, electronically signing and submitting a “Program Agreement” as provided by CorePower Yoga. A Program Agreement contains agreements, consents, releases and waivers required by CorePower Yoga from the Adult Member and their Teen Participant for Program participation, including acknowledgement and agreement to these Program Terms & Conditions, and CorePower Yoga updated terms and conditions, including the

General Program Information

The Program participation period begins June 1, 2026 and ends on August 31, 2026 (the “Program Period”), subject to modification, extension or termination by CorePower Yoga. In the Program, an eligible Teen participant will practice along with an Adult Member who is their parent/legal guardian at a participating CorePower Yoga studio in eligible CorePower Yoga in-studio classes at no cost to the Teen Participant for the class itself (additional studio charges may apply for non-included items (e.g., mat and towel rentals, and water)) during the Program Period. Classes are subject to availability and must be reserved and used as described below. Program participation is non-transferrable, has no monetary value, and is not redeemable for cash, credit or any substitute. Program participation cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or promotion, or applied to a prior purchase.

Participating In the Program

After successful Program registration, an Adult Member will receive an email with instructions regarding participation in the Program, which will contain instructions for online reservation of eligible in-studio classes at participating locations by a Teen Participant, subject to class availability. To participate in a class through the Program, an Adult Member who is the parent/legal guardian of the Teen Participant must also make an online reservation for the Adult Member, and practice at such class with the Teen Participant. If there is unavailability in a desired class for both the Teen Participant and their Adult Member, a different class should be selected. Additional studio charges may apply for non-included items (e.g., mat and towel rentals, and water) which must be paid by an Adult Member or Teen Participant in advance of participation at the studio. Classes are personal to a Teen Participant, and are not assignable or transferrable. Classes are subject to restrictions (including restrictions specific for Teen Participants), which may vary from time, including, without limitation, restrictions on use based on the type of class or location/studio at which a class occurs, and the age of the Teen Participant. For clarity, a Teen Participant may not practice alone and must practice with the Teen Participant’s parent/legal guardian who is an Adult Member.

CorePower Yoga studios maintain a minimum cancellation policy for class reservations (currently two (2) hours prior to class start, which policy may be subject to change in the future); if you have questions about a studio’s cancellation policy, contact the applicable studio at the contact information for the studio located at www.corepoweryoga.com.

Class reservations may be cancelled by the Adult Member (for the Adult Member) and the Teen Participant (for the Teen Participant) as follows:

If cancellation by an Adult Member is outside the applicable studio’s cancellation time period (i.e., it is late), the class reservation will be cancelled for the Adult Member only, and the Adult Member will be assessed a cancellation fee (currently $15, which fee is subject to change in the future).

If cancellation by an Adult Member is within the applicable studio’s cancellation time period, the class reservation will be cancelled for the Adult Member only, and there will be no cancellation fee.

If cancellation by a Teen Participant is outside the applicable studio’s cancellation time period (i.e., it is late), the class reservation will be cancelled for the Teen Participant only, and there will be no cancellation fee.

If cancellation by a Teen Participant is within the applicable studio’s cancellation time period, the class reservation will be cancelled for the Teen Participant only, and there will be no cancellation fee.

Termination of Program Participation

In addition to the other termination circumstances described in these Program Terms & Conditions, a Teen Participant’s Program participation will be automatically terminated, without further notice to the Adult Member or Teen Participant, if (a) CorePower Yoga terminates or takes any adverse action with respect to a Teen Participant’s membership (if applicable) or account, or (b) CorePower Yoga, in its sole discretion, terminates the Program. In the event the Adult Member associated with the Teen Participant cancels or freezes the Adult Member’s membership, or if CorePower Yoga terminates or takes any adverse action with respect to such Adult Member’s membership or CorePower Yoga account, to continue participation in the Program, a Teen Participant must practice with another parent/legal guardian of the Teen Participant who also qualifies as an Adult Member.

These Program Terms & Conditions May Change

We may change these Program Terms & Conditions; change, add, or eliminate eligible membership or Teen Participant categories, Program benefits, or participating locations; or change or end the Program or any feature of the Program; in whole or in part, at any time, and without notice or compensation, even though such actions may affect benefits in the Program or a Teen Participant’s participation in the Program.

CorePower Yoga reserves the right to modify or add to these Program Terms & Conditions at any time, effective as of the posting of the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions or a later date as may be specified in the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions. Members and Teen Participants agree that we may notify them of the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions by making them available at www.corepoweryoga.com and that participation in the Program after the effective date of the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions (or engaging in such other conduct as we may reasonably specify) constitutes agreement to the new or revised Program Terms & Conditions. We therefore encourage members and Teen Participants to review these Program Terms & Conditions every time an individual participates in the Program. We may also provide notice of any update to these Program Terms & Conditions in other ways in our discretion, such as through contact information provided by a CorePower Yoga account holder, all in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

Compliance with CorePower Yoga Rules and Directions

By participating in the Program (whether as an Adult Member or a Teen Participant), an Adult Member and Teen Participant agrees to observe all rules and directions of CorePower Yoga and the locations (in-person, online or otherwise) at which any activities take place. We reserve the right to take any action that we deem appropriate in the exercise of our discretion, including but not limited to suspension or termination of privilege to participate in such activities, for violation of CorePower rules and directions.

Interpretation

CorePower Yoga reserves the right to interpret and apply these Program Terms & Conditions. All determinations by CorePower Yoga shall be final and conclusive in each case. Our failure to enforce any term of these Program Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Program Terms & Conditions.
