Parking information
Metered street parking available.
Parking lot in front of building - not owned by CPY. Parking lot can tow any unauthorized vehicles. CPY has 12 guest spots in the lot. No parking 10am–4pm weekdays, unless given permission by the valet.
Regarding parking in the back lot: parking is permitted along the East fences and West (no parallel parking, park perpendicular to the fence/wall). Do not park where the no parking lot sign is located in the back by the garage door (there is a no parking sign listed). Parking is not permitted out in the open on either side of the alley, it makes it difficult and blocks others from getting in and out.'
Generally, limited parking spots in the lot are available from 6 am – 10 am and 4 pm – 9 pm. Always speak with the parking attendant prior to parking in the lot. Additionally, there is both metered and free parking available on surrounding residential streets.
