Yoga helps me remove distractions, center my thoughts, and challenge my mind and body in a fun and energizing way. I enjoy the feeling of empowerment that practicing yoga gives me.
My favorite yoga pose
Balasana - Child's Pose. It makes me feel grounded and secure, and it also just feels good in my body.
Music that moves me
- I really enjoy curating playlists that build in intensity and energy and make you want to move to the beat! Some examples: Ambient/melodic electronic, Bass house, EMD, house remixes.
After my class you will leave feeling
Empowered, energized, joy, centered, reset.
Outside the studio you’ll find me
Working as an Occupational Therapist, biking around the city or traveling!
