FAQs
How does Oura Ring track my CorePower Yoga activity?
Your Oura Ring will track your CorePower activity the same way it tracks all your activities. Your heart rate will be pulled into the CorePower app during class. CorePower will also map your historical daily Readiness, Sleep Scores and Stress over 5, 30 and 60 days so you can see how your yoga and strength practice can impact your biometrics.

What’s the best way to add my CorePower Yoga workout in Oura?
Since CorePower offers heated and intensely physical yoga and strength classes, we recommend manually adding your workouts as a 'Fitness Class' or ‘HIIT’ activity – particularly when taking high-intensity formats like Yoga Sculpt and CorePower Strength X. Otherwise, you can use Oura’s Automatic Activity Detection (ADD) to track your workouts.

What do I do if I can’t get the integration to work or my data is not pulling through.
Several factors can contribute to issues with the CorePower Yoga x Oura integration. We suggest trying the following to troubleshoot:
Confirm that you wore your Oura Ring during class.
Ensure you can see your Oura stats in the Oura app for the time frame in question.
Check that your Oura Membership is active.
Refresh the Oura App before opening the CorePower app to ensure your data was updated.
Ensure that you’re using CorePower Yoga app version 200.11.0 or later.
