Mental Health Awareness Month 2026
While most practitioners will personally attest that time on the mat can improve your mood, recent scientific studies have proven yoga’s effectiveness in treating depression, stress and anxiety. Mental Health Month is an opportunity to celebrate yoga as a source of support in our lives, as well as share valuable resources with our community.
Join us in nurturing your body and mind this May and explore our Mental Health Hub for free yoga and meditation offerings, opportunities to give back, education on the connection between yoga and mental health and more.
