  • Why I love yoga in 10 words or less: Yoga brings me to a place of peace in my body and mind.

  • How my practice makes me stronger: My practice has helped me learn to breath through difficult or uncomfortable moments on and off the mat. There is huge amounts of power and strength in being able to do this.

  • My advice to beginner yogis: Keep an open mind and find what works for you. Take what you need from your class, what resonates with you and leave the rest behind.
