What's your favorite pose and why? I love flowing through Chaturanga Dandasana; I feel strong, rhythmic and powerful. After a long day I'll find myself smiling the first few times because it brings me life!
How do you remain grounded outside of the yoga studio? I surround myself with authentic, genuine friends and family. I spend as much time as possible outside, laughing, and exercising.
What is your advice to beginner yogis? Take on new challenges with open arms and enjoy the journey.
