During Yogi Training, you will:
Attain tools to strengthen your yoga postures & inversions, & learn how to use these skills in your individual yoga practice.
- Refine the postural alignment of your postures with personal coaching & small group support.
- Move through customized yoga classes with frequent, hands-on adjustments.
- Your personal coach will provide constructive alignment & posture feedback.
- Learn more & ask questions during your one-on-one coaching session designed to strengthen your individual yoga practice.
- Practice inversions with support & coaching to build confidence.
- Become part of a supportive community of people on a similar yoga journey.
- Immerse yourself in yoga & learn to take yoga off of your mat.
- Receive encouragement from a coach & a small group.
