LiveLean Program Schedule:

Weekend Intensive:
Saturday, March 24th & Sunday, March 25th
9:00am - 3:00pm
Location: South Loop Studio
Learn what to expect and how to ensure & maximize visible results during this five week program:
- Discover how to maximize results by combining fitness & strength training, nutrition, mindfulness and community support.
- Set attainable goals with the support of the coaches and program lead.
Daily Workouts:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00am - 7:00am
Location: South Loop Studio
- One-hour workouts three days a week to throw your metabolism into overdrive and help you lose weight for good.
- Train using proven body shaping techniques including plyometrics, circuits & TRX Suspension Training - the original bodyweight-based portable training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
Seminar Nights:
Wednesday evenings: 7:00pm - 10:00pm

- Receive support, insight & guidance to reach and maintain your weightloss goals. This is your opportunity to connect with others who share similar aspirations, benefit from their practical experiences and lose weight for good!
