Located in Uptown on the corner of W. Montrose & N. Broadway, this spacious three-studio location offers Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Hot Power Fusion, CorePower Ryder and Yoga Sculpt. Beyond yoga classes, expect lifestyle programming that will support you in your evolution in yoga and life! The yoga studio has a state-of-the-art sound system with the most advanced climate-controlled environment. Changing rooms have been meticulously designed with modern amenities to maximize comfort and contain showers and private lockers. We strive to create an environment that’s cozy, soft and welcoming – a spa away from home.
Our full boutique will offer all of the yoga essentials; high-quality, high-fashion yoga wear for men and women that’s fun and trendy! You'll find all the accessories needed to sustain your practice including yoga mats, Yogi Toes, books and various other items.

PARKING INFORMATION:
Free parking is available for all CPY students!
Please enter through the Sunnyside St. entrance off of Broadway Ave. Gated parking lot is accessible just behind the Target loading dock station underneath the El close to Montrose Ave.
No need to grab a parking ticket or voucher!
Be advised: Do not park in the Target or Aldi parking lot as you may be ticketed or towed.
