Pre-BootCamp Kickoff:
Monday, July 27th: 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Location: South Loop
Learn what to expect and how to maximize results in this 2 week program:

  • Set meaningful and attainable goals with the assistance of the coaching staff.
  • Discover how to maximize your results: learn why eating right is essential to getting the results you want, and how to transform healthy choices into lifestyle habits.

Daily Workouts:
Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 7:00am
Saturday: 8:30am - 9:30am
Location: South Loop

  • One-hour workouts 6 days per week designed to increase your metabolism and change your fitness routine.
  • Fun, creative and intense workouts include: strength training, circuit training, yoga and plyometrics.
  • A supportive team environment to help you lose fat, tone your muscles, improve your fitness and learn to live a healthier lifestyle.

*CorePower Yoga BootCamp is limited to 30 participants so coaches can get to know you and help you meet your goals.
