At over 200 studios nationwide, CorePower Yoga offers yoga fitness classes that range in challenge, flow and style to fit every experience level. Each of our yoga fitness classes is specifically designed to fire up your strength, ignite your intent and build your core.

C1

CorePower Yoga 1

Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. Our C1 class is set to inspiring tunes, and is a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace.

What to Bring:  For C1, C1.5, C2 & C3 classes, bring a bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.

*While no heat is added during C1 classes, the practice room can reach temperatures up to 85 degrees due to earlier yoga classes.

CorePower Yoga 1.5

From challenge comes change. Designed to help you make the transition from a CorePower Yoga 1 to a CorePower Yoga 2 class, this yoga class will fire up your core strength as you practice proper posture alignment, flow through demanding yoga sequences and build heat from within by connecting breath to movement.

CorePower Yoga 3

Find your focus and unleash your inner warrior. CorePower Yoga 3 is a high intensity yoga class that engages every muscle and every emotion as you unlock the mystery of more challenging yoga postures, arm balances and inversions. Alignment meets power when you tap into this advanced level Vinyasa yoga experience.

Yoga Sculpt

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with CorePower Yoga 2 sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. See it in Action

CoreCardio Circuit

It’s time to challenge + change your body. Inspired by our two-week BootCamp program, this class is set to high-octane music and combines strength training with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to help tone your body, increase cardio endurance and boost metabolism. See it in Action

What to Bring: A good pair of running or cross-training shoes, water and a towel. No yoga mat necessary.

Hot Power Fusion

A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility, Hot Power Fusion combines the meditative, detoxifying qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of power yoga to help you deepen your yoga practice. Set to motivating music, you’ll focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body.

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.

Hot Yoga
