Welcome to CorePower Yoga - Point Loma! The Point Loma (San Diego) location on Rosecrans is the first CorePower Yoga location in San Diego and California in general and we are proud and thrilled to be here. We are excited to bring to the yoga community here two large yoga studios filled with great music, a flowing vinyasa yoga practice and an invigorating workout that will leave you feeling energized and ready to face the world.

CorePower Yoga Point Loma (San Diego) currently offers; Vinyasa (CorePower Yoga), Hot Yoga, Hot Power Fusion and Yoga Sculpt in a state-of-the-art facilities and amazing community. Changing rooms have showers, amenities and lockers.

Our clothing boutique contains all yoga essentials; high-quality, high-fashion yoga wear for men and women and all the accessories you’ll need to sustain your practice including yoga mats, Yogi Toes, books and various necessities.

We are located in the Rosecrans Shopping Center (by Rubios and Xtreme Pizza) above Tuesday Morning on the southeast side of Rosecrans and Midway in Point Loma, San Diego. Yogis will need to climb the stairs to the second level to enter the yoga studio.

FREE Beginner's Class

Are you curious about yoga? Are you a beginner wanting to try Power Yoga, but not sure how to begin? This is the class for you! Every Sunday from noon to 1:15pm we have a FREE beginner's class designed to give you a deeper understanding of the postures in a CorePower Yoga C1 class. We look forward to seeing you there and all levels are welcome!
