"I did this program for the breath work and learning the flow...wow, this was so much more...the teachers and my group experience supported what I thought I couldn't do. I'm so happy to have had this experience."
- Marcia - YT 2008
"What I learned from the alignment feedback has helped me so much! I know what I can do more of, and where the pose can and should go. I learned so much from the one-on-one sessions. We broke down all of the poses in a typical C1 flow; this was great! I could ask questions and really work on perfecting each pose - although there really is no such thing as the perfect pose. I think I'll carry this knowledge with me for a long, long time."

"The individual attention has given me more confidence to experiment with more inversions in my own practice. Yogi Training has boosted my confidence in my own practice tremendously. It has given me the confidence to take my classes to the next level and to realize that there is more to yoga than just the classroom portion."
- Anonymous, YT 2008
"As somewhat of a newbie to yoga, I was mainly looking to advance my asana practice, which I did. The individual attention at each class, along with being exposed to some of the best teachers at CorePower, definitely helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses on the mat and expand my practice in a more conscious way. The introduction to yoga off the mat was really clear and helpful. It gave me the foundation to explore and grow into a more complete yoga student, inside and outside of the studio."
- Matt - YT 2006
"The Yogi Training workshop was tremendous for me, and not only in the manners which you may expect. It was enriching and therapeutic to learn how to deepen my practice physically...I learned some truly incredible tips that I use every single time I practice now, without exception. Those alone justified the expense of the course for me. But I also was gently taught how to reach within to find a new level of spirituality, something that I had been lacking prior. Learning a bit about how to meditate, how to breathe, how to genuinely connect the asanas within a flow...all of these were gems. But, indeed, something which was gained which you wouldn't read about on the fliers, was a more distinct sense of community within the studio. Yoga is largely such an individual experience - before YT I entered and exited the studio without speaking to anyone most of the time. But now, I recognize a lot of faces; and it's a great feeling to realize that so many folks are so personally enriched by what yoga has to offer.
The very first time I came to CorePower for a class, a year and a half ago, my instructor told me that if I continued with yoga, it would "definitely change your life." At the time I thought that that was a bold exaggeration. Now, I find myself saying the same thing with complete conviction and enthusiasm...and to just about everyone I meet!...because it has changed my life to the point that I can't imagine going without. The Yogi Training affords the opportunity to deepen your personal practice, challenge yourself physically and mentally as you have most likely never done before, and experience a few different styles of yoga; all under the unflinching guidance of some absolutely phenomenal instructors. AND, you just might come away with a few new yogi buddies - who wouldn't want to try that?"
