6:40pm – 8:30pm LECTURE: Course overview, how to get the most out of the program, integration of yoga and the 8 limbs, Meditation, Bio Impendence Analysis, Dominant Gland, Blood Type, homework setup

9:20am – 9:40am Breakfast
9:40am – 11:45am LECTURE: Meditation, exercise science of the body, how the body uses fuel and how to fuel, why diets don’t work, how to eat out, reading labels, hydration

1:00pm – 1:20pm Yoga Alignment Feedback with Alignment Coach
1:20pm – 1:40pm Lunch and Discussion with your Coach
1:40pm - 4:30pm LECTURE: Structures to impact your health/nutrition/lifestyle/exercise, goal setting, integration of Stop, Breathe and Analyze

9:40am – 11:45am LECTURE: Meditation, toxins, detoxifying and cleansing, cleanse set up
12:00pm – 1:00pm Yoga Class
1:00pm – 1:20pm Yoga Alignment Feedback with Alignment Coach
1:20pm – 1:40pm Lunch and Discussion with your Coach
1:40pm - 4:30pm LECTURE: How to shop, cooking tips, full set up to start the cleanse (food, schedule, time with your coach).
*We will provide you with the fuel you need throughout the weekend as well as healthy snack options before each yoga class. You will experience a recognizable shift in energy and power as you fuel yourself properly with our guidance.
