Under the instruction of CorePower Yoga fitness experts you’ll follow an effective, intense and fun work-out plan complete with new moves that will throw your metabolism into overdrive and help you lose weight for good.
You will train using proven body shaping techniques such as plyometrics, circuits, and TRX® Suspension Training® - the original bodyweight-based portable training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels.
