Blast through plateaus with our two-week BootCamp program. You’ll change your fitness game by adding HIIT and strength training circuits to your yoga foundation for a more toned body, increased cardio endurance and boosted metabolism.

Did you know? If you’ve completed another CorePower Yoga program or Yoga Teacher Training, BootCamp is 10% OFF.

  • Limited to 27 participants, so our coaches can focus on you and your goals for BootCamp

What To Expect:

  • Intense one hour workouts | 6x / week - targeting specific muscle groups each day.
  • Heated body weight sculpt and core focused mat-based workouts on Thursdays
  • A combination of strength and circuit training, yoga and plyometircs designed to increase your metabolism and reset your fitness routine
  • Fitness challenges to track each individuals progress throughout the two-week program
  • Accountability group meetings with your personal coach and small group to hone in on your personal fitness goals, whether that’s to lose weight, tone muscles, improve strength or just live healthier
  • On the go, easy Ayurveda-inspired nutrition tips plus a BootCamp Cookbook with recipes centered around the fat-flush philosophy
  • Nutrition videos for fueling prep ideas and inspiration
