Yoga Instructors - Phoenix, AZ

A CorePower Yoga® (CPY) Instructor delivers an extraordinary experience. The CPY instructor cultivates supportive relationships with the community by making themselves accessible and approachable, ensuring student safety, and embodying the CPY Core Values at all times. Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior yoga instruction by teaching CorePower Yoga classes, adhering to CPY 5 2.0; purified environment standards, inspired sequencing and structure expectations, profound authentic connections, land the theme (thought-provoking, action-inspiring, soul-rocking themes), and a captivating personal share that opens the door for a transformational effect on our students’ lives at all times.
  • Educate students on correct alignment while providing modifications for postures during their yoga practice as appropriate for their success, challenge and safety.
  • Maintain positive relationships with students to encourage continued class attendance and support their growth through CorePower Yoga lifestyle programs
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to student needs and concerns, actively listening and engaging in conversation before and after classes. It is essential that instructors are present at the studio 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after their class instruction
  • Continually aspire to teach a challenging, engaging and compelling yoga class
  • Effectively promote CPY trainings and programs to students by announcing, discussing and inviting students to upcoming CPY trainings, programs and special events.
  • Keep up to date on the most current information about the yoga industry, CorePower Yoga and their studios by attending instructor communication meetings and continuing education events, utilizing studio and corporate communications, and engaging in community.
  • Comply with expectations for teacher substitution, no-show policy, distribution list use, personal and partner yoga use and other guidelines as outlined by the Instructor Employee Handbook, and outlined by studio management.
  • Consistently provide and welcome and incorporate feedback to inspire continuous growth in teaching efficacy. Maintains and supports a positive working relationship with peers and managers by offering feedback.
  • Understand and efficiently navigate MindBodyOnline software (MBO) to sign students in, purchase packages, retail, and memberships. Utilize Salesforce and internal interest forms to input and track interest in CPY Lifestyle programs.
  • Must be respectful of, and at all times compliant with, corporate rules, policies and procedures and management direction as stated in the Instructor Employee Handbook.

    The Yoga Instructor requires a passion for the yogic lifestyle, Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour teacher training program is required. An instructor serves as a model or example of a healthy and fit individual; flexibility and agility as well as strength are critical in this role. Excellent oral communication skills are a must as the instructor will dictate and demonstrate breath and postures throughout class. Professionalism and exceptional interpersonal are essential for maintaining the high level of customer service required for the position. Current CPR/AED certification and a High School diploma are required.

Part-time Call Center Specialist - Denver, CO

CorePower Yoga is looking for a Part-time Call Center Specialist. The Call Center Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining the highest level of customer service by responding effectively to phone inquiries. Knowledge of CPY yoga classes, programs and business structure are highly desired. The Call Center Specialist is paramount in supporting the Studio Managers and leadership teams in improving the experience for our customers. This position demands an outgoing personality, great phone etiquette, a high level of organization, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, the natural ability to read people and desire to solve problems.

This position will be based in the Denver corporate office.

 Responsibilities:

  • Answer all telephone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Respond to all voicemails within one hour during call center hours, and within the first hour of the day for voicemails left after call center closure
  • Assist customers with CPY schedule and program questions
  • Assist members in basic account questions
  • Utilize Mind-Body- Online software to navigate through student accounts and service offerings
  • Understand the organizational structure of CPY and disseminate or escalate information through appropriate channels. Resolve and/or forward customer complaints to the appropriate person
  • Follow up with customer calls where necessary
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Support studio managers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Must be reliable and willing to get coverage if not available to cover scheduled shift
  • Must be respectful of, and at all times compliant with, corporate rules, policies and procedures and management direction

The Call Center Specialist position requires demonstrated customer service skills, a high level of organization, problem solving ability and a passion for the yogi lifestyle. This position also requires initiative, follow through and integrity due to the sensitive nature of the responsibilities involved. We are seeking a team player with a positive attitude and flexible schedule.

The position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position. Familiarity with CorePower Yoga studios, website and MBO software is a must. All applicants must have completed a CorePower Yoga Teacher Training program. Comfortable on the telephone and use of a PC essential. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Yoga Membership Sales Advisor - Naperville North, IL

The Yoga Membership Sales Advisor is responsible for inspiring others to live a healthy way of life by encouraging their involvement in classes and programs with CorePower Yoga Naperville North and South Franchise owned by Level 4 Yoga, LLC using high levels of customer service and sales techniques. The advisor is a main driver in bringing in new clients and retaining practicing clients. The Yoga Membership Sales Advisor is accountable for the awareness and marketability of the studio promotions and products.

Candidate Profile

The Yoga Membership Sales Advisor position requires a passion for yoga and sharing its benefits with others. A college degree and at least 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience is strongly preferred. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following.:

  • High level of comfort and direct experience with sales (preferably in the fitness/membership sales capacity) 
  • Appetite to learn quickly and with enthusiasm
  • Competitive drive to succeed in a performance based culture

Essential Job Duties:

Sales Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach.
  • Customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our teachers, managers, and classes to align with unique needs, interests and goals of each perspective member.
  • Recruit new members through outbound calling and lead generation.
  • Leverage new and existing relationships to maximize member referrals.
  • Manage and evaluate sales process. Analyze and implement changes that will create more efficient execution.
  • Train and encourage teachers and managers to engage in the Membership sales process.

Customer Service

  • Exemplify excellent customer care and assume leadership role in providing superior customer service. Respond to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer communication through personal interaction with clients; a communication process; and by providing appropriate feedback opportunities for clients. 
  • Perform as a CorePower Yoga Ambassador both inside and outside of the studio.  Promote understanding and enthusiasm about yoga in the community
  • Initiate, develop and grow relationships with new and current members.

The Yoga Membership Sales Advisor is a full-time position with a regular commitment of at least 30 hours per week and a willingness to work additional hours, up to 40 hours, to meet the needs of the business. The nature of the Yoga Membership Sales Advisor position provides schedule flexibility, but it is expected that the advisor would maintain a regular and visible presence at the studio.

Full-time OR Part-time Retail Specialist - Boston, MA

CorePower Yoga is looking for both Part-time and Full-time Retail Specialists to join our dynamic multi-entity organization. Both Retail Specialists will provide customer care within the Retail Space and to promote cross selling opportunities with CorePower Yoga’s range of programming and services. This position will be based in the Boston area and primarily responsible driving the retail sales of our Boston studios.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Attain personal and territory sales goals
  • Assume a leadership role on the retail floor and in the yoga studio and exemplify excellent customer care within a broad range of CorePower Yoga’s products and services.  
  • Analyze retail sales reports to determine which products will best drive sales at each studio
  • Collaborate with Studio Managers to promote products and complete  requests made by customers
  • Collaborate with Retail Manager to properly process and allocate shipment
  • Execute weekly cycle counts as well as bi-annual physical inventory counts
  • Open schedule availability which allows ability to staff studio during busiest sales times
  • Exercise merchandising best practices in order to best display merchandise, making product visually compelling to the customer and resulting in a sales floor that is easy to shop and navigate
  • Ability to manage time wisely and complete job responsibilities and special projects efficiently 
  • Remains mindful of activities and operations of the business and seeks ways to maximize revenue while minimizing risk to company assets
