Membership Freeze

As a member, you are welcome to freeze or suspend your CorePower Yoga membership. Suspensions require a two week notice prior to your billing date. If you are going on vacation, traveling for business or experiencing an injury, freezing your membership is a great option. Please note that we do not allow suspended memberships to be cancelled. Your membership must be active for one month prior to cancellation. Please review the following freeze policy prior to submitting your freeze request.

Freeze Policy

I understand that I can suspend my membership if submitted at least 2 weeks prior to my next automatic payment. Membership freezes are based on your billing date. A confirmation number will be assigned confirming the successful submission of my request. Then a Customer Experience Specialist will email a final confirmation that my freeze has been processed and the dates the freeze is effective.

I understand that I can only freeze my membership once in a calendar year for up to three months. I understand my payment will automatically restart upon the predetermined date, unless I notify CorePower Yoga for an earlier reactivation date. I understand that I cannot cancel my membership while it is on hold/suspended. Memberships cancelled while suspended will incur one additional monthly payment prior to being cancelled. My membership will be active for the entire month after that final payment. CorePower Yoga does not pro-rate refunds or allow extensions and/or transfers for a frozen membership.

Membership Cancellation

As a member, you can cancel your membership at anytime. Cancellations require a 30 day notice prior to your billing date. CorePower Yoga makes exceptions for the following circumstances; military leave, pregnancy, medical disability, moving outside of a studio region. In these instances, we will waive the 30 day cancellation policy if notified prior to the automatic payment date. If your cancellation request falls within these categories, please provide sufficient documentation to support the online web form. For example: a doctor’s note, copy of your transfer, or deployment orders.  Please review the following cancellation policy prior to submitting a cancellation request.
