Located just at the intersection of Camino De La Reina and Mission Center Road, the Mission Valley Studio can be conveniently accessed from Hwy 8 or 163. The studio is situated within the Mission Valley Shopping Center district. This location houses a large and luxurious yoga room as well as a range of amenities including changing rooms with showers and private lockers. This studio will also feature a full retail boutique showcasing men's & women's active wear and accessories for all of your yoga and lifestyle needs.

Our climate-controlled environments utilize the latest technology to efficiently heat and maintain the yoga room. We have selected materials and finishes with sustainable attributes to create a visually attractive experience. Our indoor atmosphere promotes healthy air quality as well. Recyclable and reusable products as well as reduced waste are important to us, and we achieve this through fixture and material selection as well as recycling and waste management programs.

Street parking available on some parts of Camino de la Reina
No parking in Best Buy or Target parking lots
No parking on Mission Center Road
