Class is practiced in a warm (room temperature) studio, moderately paced and set to music. This is a FREE class.
This yoga class is ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits. This beginner level CorePower Yoga sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. CorePower Yoga is a challenging and dynamic Vinyasa series, meaning breath is linked to movement. This Level 1 (C1) class is practiced in a warm (room temperature) studio and moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental CorePower Yoga postures and principles that create a successful and effective yoga practice. Set to music, this class will invigorate your entire body.
CorePower Yoga 1.5
Have you taken a few CorePower Yoga 1 classes, and you're curious about level 2? CorePower Yoga 1.5 (C1.5) is a yoga class designed to support your transition. Practiced in a slightly heated, climate-controlled room, a C1.5 will introduce you to postures common in a CorePower Yoga 2 class. You will move at a pace designed to build internal heat, engage and build core strength and focus on alignment and breath.
CorePower Yoga 2
Ready to sweat? CorePower Yoga 2 (C2) is a rigorous yoga class with demanding strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating! True to its name, a C2 class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Set to energizing music in a heated, climate-controlled room, the C2 strengthens, balances, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind. “This class torches calories” – Shape Magazine
CorePower Yoga 3
Similar to a CorePower Yoga 2 (C2) class, CorePower Yoga 3 (C3) is a rigorous yoga class with demanding strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating! During this intermediate/advanced level class, you will focus on engaging your core strength to support yourself in arm balances and inversions. You will also explore deeper alignment, the importance of breath and challenging CorePower Yoga sequences.
A total body workout, CorePower Yoga Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice, while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are added to the CorePower Yoga 2 (C2) sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep curls and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. You will see visible results in your body. It is recommended that you take at least one CorePower level 1 or 2 (C1 or C2) class before a Yoga Sculpt class.
