focus, again, on dynamic core strengthening with neutral spine, finding and
engaging the bhandas during vinyasa and inversion preps. The secondary focus
of class will emphasize opening the hips/pelvic girdle to facilitate neutral
spine and prevent (or restore) low back and knee injuries. Mula and Udyana
bandhas will be introduced and reinforced throughout class. This class will
focus on the awakening and restoration of the body from common postural
