Candlelight Flow - Friday Night
A workshop designed to empower
students to experience their internal light.
In the candlelight flow, we take a breath-inspired journey that offers rhythms
from meditation and rejuvenation to challenge and empowerment. The inner fire is
ignited as we dive deep into classical and innovative asanas and dissolve into a
more open, graceful body
and relax into a steady mind. Come prepared to chant, melt and exhale.
Radiant Flow - Saturday & Sunday
A journey into BHAKTI yoga – the yoga of devotion. Throughout this workshop,
Janet will guide participants through a dynamic, rigorous, joyful, sweaty and
deeply nurturing flow. Janet’s teaching focuses on opening the heart, creating a
radiant flow of energy within the body, stilling the mind and moving toward
abhaya (freedom from fear). She has a powerful ability to shine the light back
on the inner-Divine and to inspire creativity, transformation and joy. Come
prepared to chant, move and exhale.
