CorePower Yoga BootCamp:

Monday - Friday:
6:00am - 7:00am & Saturdays:  7:00am - 8:00am
Location: Northwest Portland Studio

  • One-hour workouts 6 days per week designed to increase your metabolism and change your fitness routine.
  • Fun, creative and intense workouts include: strength training, circuit training, yoga and plyometrics.
  • A fun, supportive team environment to help you achieve your goals of losing fat, toning your muscles, improving your fitness and learning to live a healthier lifestyle.
     

CorePower Yoga BootCamp is limited to 30 participants so coaches can get to know you and help you meet your goals.
