When I started CorePower Yoga, I was out of shape, beyond stressed and struggling with self-confidence. However, it didn't take long for me to become completely addicted. My yoga practice has taught me how to breathe through any situation life throws my way, and how to be proud of who I am. I am in the best shape of my life and have learned to see the positive in all things. CorePower Yoga has changed my life for the better and I couldn't be happier!
